01 /Jobs and levels
Start with deliveries, grow into cash collecting
The job centre in Downtown offers seven jobs. Each opens at a character level, and experience on the job adds up to 54% to your pay.
- A work vehicle comes with your shift, and only you can drive it.
- Job levels 1 to 10: each adds 6% to your pay.
- Character experience grows with work and simply with time in the city.
02 /Factions
Nine factions, each its own path
Public service or the street. Every faction has ranks with rights, pay per shift, a base with a stash and a shared treasury.
- NCPD: 8 ranks from cadet to chief, three precincts in the game's real buildings, duty weapons by rank.
- Trauma Team: revives and treatment right on the street, calls from all over the city.
- City Hall: from clerk to mayor; every fine goes to City Hall's treasury.
- N54 News: the newsroom puts ads on air and runs breaking news.
- Gangs: Tyger Claws, Valentinos, Maelstrom, 6th Street and Animals.
- Faction radio on B, faction chat and 911 calls.
03 /Law and order
Cuffs, fines, a cell
Officers on duty work for real: they detain, lead people to the car, write fines and put you on the wanted list.
- In cuffs you can only walk: no phone, cars or weapons, even after a relog.
- Lead someone along, put them in a car and drive them to the precinct.
- Fines up to 50 000 €$, jail up to 60 minutes, wanted from 1 to 5 stars.
- Search any car's trunk and seize what's found.
- 911 calls with a map point go to officers on duty.
04 /Housing
355 homes, 5 hotels and your wardrobe
Megabuilding flats, lofts, houses and penthouses in 21 districts. Not ready to buy? Rent a hotel room for a day or a month.
- Prices from 10 500 to 530 000 €$; the city buys back at 60%.
- Shared entrances: up to 40 flats behind one door, pick yours from the list.
- Five hotels from a 90 €$ a day motel to Konpeki Plaza: 500 rooms each.
- A wardrobe: 100 kg in a house, 500 kg in a penthouse, 50 kg in a room.
- Lock the door or open it to guests; hand out up to 5 keys.
- Choose where you appear: where you left, at the spawn or at home.
05 /Businesses
Buy a bar and set the prices
122 places in the city are for sale: diners, bars, shops, barbers, ripperdocs, gun shops and even dealerships.
- From 60 000 €$ for a diner to 2 000 000 €$ for a dealership; tax once a day.
- Every sale goes to the business account; you set a markup of up to 30%.
- Buy stock wholesale: without it the place still sells, but the money passes you by.
- 14 days of finances on a chart; sell to a player or to the city.
- Skip tax for three days and the city takes the business.
06 /Cars
89 cars and a test drive first
Six dealerships on the «Autofixer» lots sell the whole catalogue: from a 6 500 €$ scooter to hypercars worth millions.
- A 3-minute test drive within 1.5 km of the dealership.
- 20 armored cars: bulletproof glass and tyres, the body takes only part of the damage.
- Up to 5 vehicles per character, each with its own plate and up to 5 keys.
- Trunks by class: from 10 kg on a bike to 300 kg on a truck.
- Call your car from the phone and it drives itself to you.
- Car menu on G: engine, locks, lights, doors, passengers, mileage.
07 /Phone
Your number and 12 apps
Rita gives you a phone with your own number in the first quest. It can't be lost or given away: it's always on your Up arrow.
- Voice calls and text messages by number.
- GPS: 19 kinds of places, marks, routes and a taxi to the spot.
- Garage, housing, business, work and the bank in one place.
- 911: police or medics, with your location attached.
- N54 ads: sell a car or a home, or offer services.
- Do Not Disturb and five wallpapers.
08 /Inventory
Pockets, a backpack and weight
Inventory on Tab: clothes by slot, weapons at hand, 30 pocket cells. The server keeps it all; nothing goes missing.
- Backpacks for +10, +20 and +30 kg at 900, 2 400 and 4 800 €$, visible on your back.
- Search, sort, drag and split stacks.
- Dropped items stay on the ground for 30 minutes.
- Vests: light and heavy; the heavy one needs a licence.
- Hunger and thirst: eat and drink, or your health starts to drain.
09 /Weapons
Licences, rounds and mods
Guns are sold with a licence only: 5 000 €$ at any of the three NCPD precincts.
- 14 gun shops: pistols, a revolver, a shotgun and a rifle.
- Rounds in your magazine stay put: «12/20» survives a relog.
- A new gun comes empty; reloading takes rounds from your pockets.
- 31 mods: scopes, silencers, muzzle brakes and bigger magazines.
- No damage in green zones or right after you respawn.
10 /Voice chat
Talk like in real life
Hold N and whoever is near hears you. Your voice comes from where you stand and doesn't pass through floors.
- Three modes on X: normal voice at 18 m, shout at 42 m and whisper at 4 m.
- Faction radio on B.
- Voice phone calls.
- Microphone settings in F2 and a «You're heard» badge.
12 /Character and look
The game's editor and barbershops
Characters are made in the real Cyberpunk 2077 editor. Want a change? Take a chair at any of the five barbershops.
- Male or female body, names of 2 to 16 letters.
- The appearance editor at a barbershop for 500 €$.
- A name change once every 30 days.
13 /The city
All of Night City and Dogtown
A city without crowds of extras or story markers: only players live here. Fast travel is off; time and weather are shared.
- 256 places from the game under their real names, and 111 staff behind the counters.
- Phantom Liberty's Dogtown is open both ways.
- Green zones: 15 m at clinics and dealerships, 12 m at precincts, 8 m at banks and bars.
- Three NCPD precincts in the game's real buildings.
- The spawn is on Corpo Plaza, under the hologram dragon and the giant neon NEONESIS letters.

11 /Introductions
Only people you've met know your name
Until you meet, others see you as «Stranger #ID». Introduce yourself on G and they learn your name. The server never sends it to anyone you haven't met.
